Achievements
The dielectric response of the novel ferroelectric (C3H5N2)5Bi2Cl11 as a function of temperature and frequency of the ac electric field. This plot shows so colled critical slawing down of the macroscopic relaxation time. This property of the material is an evidence of the order-disorder type mechamism of the phase transition in the ferroelectric crystal.
