Achievements

Porphyrin and Metalloporphyrin Research Group in the Department of Chemistry, University of Wroclaw (ZB-6) concentrates its effords on exploration of porphyrinoids - properly modified porphyrins that exhibit specific, and intriguing spectroscopic properties. Our work, beside the synthetic aspects of porphyrin chemistry concentrates on the NMR spectroscopy using homo - and heteronuclear, one- and two dimensional experiments, as the very powerful analytical tool, that helps our findings in becoming a molecule to dream about. Of course it requires a little help from the staff employed in our research group. The NMR spectroscopy is not the only analytical tool we are incorporating into our analysis.
